What Is Bomb Kick?

Bomb Kick is a mini arcade game built around one satisfying moment: the kick that starts a chain reaction. Your little neon robot stands at the bottom of the arena with a bomb at its feet. Above it are purple monsters, lines of sleeping bombs, explosive barrels, crates and walls. You get a few kicks per stage, and the goal is to destroy every enemy before you run out.

The trick is that you rarely need to hit an enemy directly. Kick your bomb into a sleeping one and it lights up. Every explosion ignites everything within reach. Pick the right first domino and one kick can blow up the whole arena: Kick → Bounce → Hit → BOOM → Chain → Bigger BOOM.

Each stage takes around 10 to 30 seconds, and a full run lasts from about one minute to several. You always feel one kick away from a bigger chain.

How to Play Bomb Kick

Press anywhere on the arena and pull back like a slingshot. A dotted line shows where the bomb will go, including wall bounces.
Release to kick. The further you pull, the harder the kick. A quick tap kicks straight toward the spot you tapped.
Live bombs explode when they touch an enemy or a barrel, or when their fuse runs out. The ring around a live bomb shows how much fuse is left.
Chain reactions: every explosion ignites the bombs and barrels in its blast radius, and those set off the next ones.
Clear the stage by destroying every enemy. You have 3 lives. You lose one if you run out of kicks or if you get caught in your own blast.

On a keyboard you can also aim with the arrow keys, set power with up and down, kick with Space and pause with Esc.

New objects arrive gradually. The first stages teach the basics, walls and crates appear next, shields and barrels show up around stage 5, and from stage 9 you are in Chaos Mode with moving walls, giants and more enemies than you have kicks.

Scoring: Chains, Combos and Perfect Kicks

Bomb Kick rewards the risky, clever play over the safe one:

Explosion +100, enemy +150 to +600, crate +50.
Chain multiplier: every link in a chain multiplies what it scores: x1.5 at CHAIN x2, x2 at x3, x3 at x5, x5 at x10 and x10 at CHAIN x20.
Chain bonus: when a chain ends it pays 25 × length², so CHAIN x4 = +400 and CHAIN x10 = +2,500.
Combo: start a new chain within 3 seconds of the last explosion to build a combo, worth up to x2 on everything. At COMBO x5 you are on a HOT STREAK.
Perfect Kick +250: bank a bomb off a wall straight into an enemy, ignite two bombs with your first blast, or grow one kick into CHAIN x5.
Stage clear: +400 × the stage number, +300 for every kick you didn't use, and +1,000 for a FLAWLESS one-kick clear.
MEGA CHAIN: hit CHAIN x10 and the game drops into slow motion with a screen-shaking blast. CHAIN x20 triggers the even rarer CHAOS CHAIN.

Bomb Rush: 12 Seconds of Pure Chaos

Every fourth stage is a Bomb Rush. For 12 seconds you get unlimited kicks, bombs rain into the arena, golden x2 drones fly overhead and every point counts double. There is no way to fail a Bomb Rush, so kick as fast as you can and ride the explosions.

6 Tips to Build Bigger Chains

Find the first domino. Before you kick, trace which bomb touches which. Hitting the end of a line usually beats hitting the middle.
Use the walls. The trajectory line shows bounces. Bank shots reach enemies behind crates and count as Perfect Kicks.
Save your kicks. Each unused kick is worth +300 when the stage ends, and a one-kick clear adds +1,000.
Kick quickly to keep your combo. The next chain must start within 3 seconds of the last explosion.
Hit shields from behind. Shield enemies only block blasts from below, so chain into them from above.
Never kick short. A weak kick can explode right next to your robot and cost you a life.
