Ricochet Shot is a free browser-based physics puzzle shooter where you aim a single bullet, bounce it off walls using real vector-reflection physics, and line up the angle needed to hit every target — including the ones you can't shoot in a straight line. No download, no account, and no wasted time: open the page and you're lining up your first shot within seconds.

Ricochet Shot is a one-bullet-at-a-time puzzle shooter built around a simple question: what angle gets your shot where it needs to go? Instead of scripted bounce animations, every ricochet is calculated with real vector reflection — the same "angle in equals angle out" physics as light bouncing off a mirror — so if a target sits behind a wall or around a corner, there's always a real angle that gets you there, and it's up to you to find it.
Your bullet doesn't stop at the first target it touches, either. It keeps travelling until it runs out of bounces, so a single well-aimed shot can pass clean through two or three targets in a row for a Double or Triple Hit bonus. The game ships with 20 handcrafted levels across 5 difficulty tiers, from a direct line-of-sight first shot to late-game layouts that need up to five clean bounces and a chain of targets destroyed in the right order. It runs entirely in HTML5 Canvas, plays the same with a mouse on desktop or a finger on mobile, and drops you straight into the arena with a single click.
Ricochet Shot works because every miss teaches you something specific: not "try again," but "that angle was 10 degrees too steep." The physics are consistent and real, so once you understand how a wall reflects your shot, you start seeing angles the game never points out — a fact the aim-assist itself leans into, showing you less and less as the tiers get harder until the hardest levels give you nothing but your own read on the geometry.
The run structure is what turns that puzzle-solving into tension. Bullets are scarce — most levels give you two or three — and running dry on any single level ends your entire run, not just that level. That means a Double Hit you almost pulled off, or a bounce you misjudged by a few degrees, doesn't just cost you a level; it costs you the whole score you'd built up to that point. Combine that with a combo multiplier that keeps climbing as long as you keep landing shots, and a single clean run through all 20 levels starts to feel like it's worth protecting all the way to the end — which is exactly why a Game Over screen tends to turn straight into another attempt.

Yes. Ricochet Shot is fully responsive with drag-to-aim, release-to-fire touch controls, and it plays the same way on desktop with a mouse.
Every wall reflects your bullet using real vector reflection — the angle your bullet hits a wall at determines the exact angle it bounces away at, the same rule that governs light bouncing off a mirror. Nothing is scripted or faked, so any target you can line up a valid angle to is genuinely reachable.
Ricochet Shot rewards precision. Hitting a target before your first bounce pays a 2x multiplier on that target's base points, one bounce in pays 1.5x, and two bounces in pays 1.25x — targets hit after three or more bounces score at full base value.
Running out of bullets before clearing a level ends your entire run — not just that level — and takes you to the Game Over screen with your final score. Clearing all 20 levels instead shows a Run Complete screen.
Your bullet doesn't stop when it destroys a target — it keeps flying until it runs out of bounces. If a single shot destroys two targets along its path, you get a Double Hit bonus; three or more targets in one shot earns a Triple Hit bonus.

No. You only need to enter a nickname when saving your score — no email, password, or sign-up required.
The aim-assist preview is intentionally scaled back as the difficulty tiers climb — a full preview on early levels, a shortened hint on mid-tier levels, and no preview at all on the hardest tier — so the late-game levels test your own read on the angles rather than solving the puzzle for you.
